GamingHighlightAI PRO

GamingHighlightAI is offered as one PRO service. Access to the application requires an active PRO trial or an active paid PRO subscription, except for public website pages.

7-Day Free Trial & Automatic Billing

A valid payment method is required when starting the 7-day free trial. You are not charged for the subscription during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged the applicable subscription fee. The subscription then renews automatically at the billing interval you selected until cancelled.

Cancellation

You are responsible for cancelling before the end of the free trial if you do not want to be charged. Cancelling prevents future renewals in accordance with the cancellation effective date shown to you. Simply not using the service does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial ends PRO access immediately. The free trial can be used only once per creator; after a cancelled trial, access to the application requires a paid PRO subscription.

Refunds

Forgetting to cancel before the free trial expires does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where GamingHighlightAI expressly agrees otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

AI-generated results

GamingHighlightAI uses automated systems to analyse gaming content and identify potential highlights. AI results can vary and are not guaranteed to detect every event or produce a perfect clip every time.

Connected platforms

Features that connect with third-party platforms depend on those platforms, their APIs, availability and account permissions. GamingHighlightAI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or account restrictions imposed by those services.

Acceptable use

You must only upload, process and publish content you are authorised to use. You must not attempt to bypass subscription controls, abuse the service, obtain private credentials, access source code or security secrets, interfere with the platform, or use the service unlawfully.
