Data Deletion
How to delete your GamingHighlightAI data, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and Kick.
Remove a connected platform
Sign in, open Accounts and press Disconnect next to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Kick. This immediately deletes the access tokens and profile information we stored for that platform.
Remove our access on Facebook / Instagram
On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find GamingHighlightAI and remove it. On Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites. Facebook then tells us to delete your data.
Delete everything
Email gaminghighlightaisupport@gmail.com from the email linked to your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account, connections, clips and recordings within 30 days and confirm by email. Stream recordings and clips are also deleted automatically after 5 days. Billing records are kept only as long as the law requires.
